PDAM Tirtawening Kota Bandung is in charge of providing water supply services to the city of Bandung, Indonesia, currently some 2.6 million inhabitants. In addition to water supply services, PDAM Tirtawening is also in charge of wastewater services. 

PDAM Tirtawening Kota Bandung is legally established as an enterprise belonging to the local government (a so-called BUMD). In this case the Municipality of Bandung (Kota Bandung) is the sole shareholder.
